Refund Policy / Return & Withdrawal Policy

We comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Austrian Consumer Protection Law. As such, consumers have a legal right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) from any distance sales contract.

📅 Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods.

📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

  • be unused and in the same condition as received,

  • include all original tags and packaging,

  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase, and

  • be returned within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.

We recommend using the pre-addressed return label included in your shipment. If this is not possible, send the item to:

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for exercising the withdrawal right are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
We do not accept unpaid (unfree) shipments without prior agreement.

If requested, we can provide a return label. In that case, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

🔄 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email.
If approved, your refund (including original shipping costs – except extra charges for non-standard delivery) will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since our confirmation, please contact us at info@stickyslat.com.

❌ Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • items on sale or discounted items,

  • digital downloads,

  • gift cards.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order separately.

⚠️ Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@stickyslat.com with photos of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly and cover return shipping in these cases.

📄 Withdrawal Form

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with your legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
